1. Introduction


These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Animal Health Certificate (AHC) services by Simple Pet Travel ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("the client") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. We provide assistance in preparing and completing Animal Health Certificates for pets traveling to European Union (EU) member states and other specified destinations


2.2. Our services include:

  • Assessing your pet’s eligibility for travel.

  • Reviewing vaccination records and other required documentation.

  • Arranging for a veterinarian to complete and endorse the certificate.

 

2.3. We do not provide direct veterinary care, treatments, or vaccinations unless explicitly stated and agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided to us is accurate and complete. This includes, but is not limited to, your pet’s vaccination history, microchip details, and travel plans.


3.2. You must ensure your pet is microchipped and vaccinated against rabies (with proof of vaccination) before the AHC appointment.


3.3. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your travel plans, pet’s health, or documentation requirements.


3.4. You are responsible for ensuring that your travel destination and transit countries comply with the AHC requirements and that you meet the timelines for your pet’s travel.

4. Service Limitations

4.1. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, it is ultimately your responsibility to verify the entry requirements of the destination and transit countries.


4.2. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or additional costs resulting from:

  • Changes to travel regulations.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

  • Failure to comply with veterinary or government requirements.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1. A non-refundable deposit may be required upon booking your appointment.


5.2. The full payment for our services is due at the time of the AHC issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5.3. Additional charges may apply for services such as expedited appointments, additional documentation, or travel outside standard service areas.


5.4. Fees are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice.


6.2. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.


6.3. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, no refund will be provided.

7. Liability

7.1. We will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our services.


7.2. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in question.


7.3. We are not responsible for:

  • Governmental decisions or delays.

  • Airline, ferry, or transport company policies.

  • Any costs, fines, or penalties incurred as a result of non-compliance with travel requirements.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1. We will collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


8.2. Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing AHC services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or to complete the service (e.g., with a veterinarian or regulatory authority).

9. Complaints

9.2. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it promptly.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [insert country].

11. Amendments
